My opinion about the ecuadorian dish

I loved making arroz marinero ecuatoriano because it reminds me of my home (Nigeria) dish "jollof rice and plantains". I found out that most of the dishes from Spanish countries are almost similar to African dishes, which made it more exciting for me to prepare.  The only difference in the dishes are the taste and steps of preparation . In the dishes, different spices are used, which makes them taste slightly different.  The Ecuadorian dish is not as spicy as the Nigerian dish.  Arroz Marinero Ecuatoriano is a little bit expensive to make due to the sea food and other meats products that is required, but we can choose to minimize the amount of products to be added. I decided to only add shrimp and sausage to reduce my spending, but the main dish usually has varieties of seafood products and meat products added to it. As far as making arroz marinero ecuatoriano, it is very easy to make, it only takes about 30 to 40mins to make and comes out beautifully.
